Hey everyone! Hope you are having a lovely restful Sunday and taking care of yourself (: I am just chilling at home and I think we're going to get the korean chinese food takeout (jajangmyeon, jjampong, and this sweet and sour pork combo ) for dinner because it is SOOOO good and my sister just recently started working at that type of restaurant.
May 16- I’m back!! I had a rest day today! Unfortunately I didn’t eat as much as I wanted to due to my thoughts. I ate oatmeal with soy milk though!! and put more then half a cup. For snack I had cucumber and a little bit of crackers. I need to step up my morning snack game! For lunch i had a smoothie bowl and before dinner I had some apples. I just really need to step up my snack goal. I’m going to have pasta tomorrow and the day after I want to have chinese food(:!!! It’s getting better hopefully I can return to a good balance!!I just watched a lot of college videos and I feel great and motivated… I’m not sure if I need to switch up my courses for school agh… I’m gonna wash my face, get ready for bed.
I’m worried about this program if i’ll get in..
Also I STARTED TRACKING CALORIES AGAIN
TODAY I WILL NOT TRACK ANY CALORIES FOR MY LUNCH OR EAT WHEN I DONT WANT TO LIKE THE ITMING OF MY MEALS
It's crazy how much I've changed from May right now in September and I am so so glad that I was able to catch myself from falling deep down the same spiral because I started counting calories then and now I don't, because I want to prioritize my happiness and I don't need a "perfect life": I want a happy life.
Here's a quote that I love and which I think is SO true. When I reflect on my loved ones (such as friends, family etc), I love them for their kindness, empathy etc towards me and because I love spending time with them and not for their looks. People are there for you because they appreciate who YOU are. And you are enough. Please don't forget that.
