Hi everyone!
I can't believe October is almost over; time has flown by crazily fast!
This is a second brain dump session entry.
May 16- I’m back!! I had a rest day today! Unfortunately I didn’t eat as much as I wanted to. I ate oatmeal with soy milk though!! and put more than half a cup. For snack I had cucumber and a little bit of crackers. I need to step up my morning snack game! For lunch i had a smoothie bowl and before dinner I had some apples. I just really need to step up my snack goal. I’m going to have pasta tomorrow and the day after I want to have Chinese food(:!!! It’s getting better hopefully I can return to a good balance!! I feel great and motivated… I’m not sure if I need to switch up my courses agh… I’m gonna was my face, get ready for bed and look over bio(:
I’m worried about this program if i’ll get in..
Future things
I STARTED TRACKING CALORIES AGAIN
TODAY I WILL NOT TRACK ANY CALORIES FOR MY LUNCH OR EAT WHEN I DONT WANT TO LIKE THE ITMING OF MY MEALS
It's crazy to see how several months ago in quarantine I fell back into this unhealthy mindset. I also constantly felt tired just tracking my calories and not eating enough during this time in quarantine. Now with school, eating has become much easier but I am still struggling. I will be doing an update soon(:
