Hey everyone<3
Here are some youtube videos/youtubers that I found helpful when dealing with body image or confidence.
**Not in any particular order
1.Rebecca Jane (Honestly love her so much!! She has been so helpful in my journey because her youtube channel is based on recovering with her ED which she has struggled since she was 10!!And she is very energetic and funny and has a very bubbly personality(: I HIGHLY recommend watching her!!)
Here’s one video from her channel, but I honestly love ALL her videos.
2. Looks aren’t everything, believe me I’m a model (A TED talk)
This talk conveys how physical appearance shouldn’t matter and that it should not define who you are. She also talks about her insecurities and really reaches to the struggle of many to find their self-worth and the universal conflict we have within ourselves due to our insecurities.
3. Stephanie Buttermore (She recently just did an all-in journey where she started eating as much as she wanted to; it’s truly an inspiring and remarkable journey that helped me)
4.After anorexia, Life’s too short to weigh your cornflakes (a TEDx talk)
This was truly a raw, revealing and emotional talk that made me tear up. This talk was extremely powerful to me and touched my heart.
5. The body confidence talk we need to have -Your Mom Ashley
I honestly felt that this video was very helpful and I felt that she related to what most people feel and articulated it in a very clear and direct manner.
6.Eating disorder recovery - Emi Wong
She talked about her story and I definitely resonated with her. This video really motivated me to get better.

Here's also an important quote that should be followed in everyday life.
Always, make sure to take care of yourself first and to love yourself FIRST before others <3.
